Your tasks
- Maintenance and operation of IT installations for our customers and internally (on-site and remote)
- Technical 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support (depending on your qualification)
- Troubleshooting on servers and clients
- Administration, configuration and maintenance of Windows systems
Your profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or comparable
- Knowledge of Microsoft environments and their administration
- Ideally two years of professional experience in Windows support
- Knowledge of virtualisation with vSphere
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint Server, DATEV, telephone systems (optional)
Linux & Unix Administrator (f/m/d), focus on Linux
Your tasks
- Design, configuration and administration of Linux systems (mostly Ubuntu and Debian)
- Technical 2nd and 3rd level support (mostly remote, occasionally on-site)
- Handling incidents (troubleshooting)
- Carrying out planned maintenance
- Planning and implementing customer requirements
Your profile
- Experience operating Linux systems
- Basic knowledge of networks and routing
- Understanding of interfaces to other systems
- Experience with web servers, load balancers, databases and firewalls
- Reliability
- Structured way of working (keeping documentation and tickets up to date)
Software development Full-stack developer (f/m/d), focus on Java
Your tasks
- Working on the development and design of our products and customer projects
- Building modern front ends with Vue.js and robust back ends with Java technology
- Optimising functionality, stability, speed and scalability
- Looking after existing products and customer projects
Your profile
- Degree in computer science or comparable training or professional experience
- Very good English
- Programming languages: Java, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS, Vue.js, TypeScript
- Good knowledge and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Experience working agile in a distributed software team
- Good knowledge of development tools (IDEs, debuggers, profilers …) and of Git or comparable version control systems (SCM)
- Ideally knowledge of Jira and Confluence or similar PM systems
- Motivated and ready to take the initiative
Apprenticeship Apprenticeship as IT specialist for system integration (f/m/d)
Your tasks
- Onboarding by experienced colleagues
- Analysing and handling requests from our support customers
- Configuring, installing and maintaining networks, servers and workstations
- Varied customer projects of different sizes, from a single PC to a server landscape
- Support with projects for vocational school
Your profile
- School-leaving certificate and interest in subjects such as information technology, English and mathematics
- Independent and cooperative way of working and a strong willingness to learn
- Good PC and internet skills
- An affinity for hardware and software
- Ideally first IT experience from internships or courses
